Export
Mood tracker that exports your data
Download a file of your Andy mood and anxiety entries when you need therapy prep, a personal backup, or history outside the app on iPhone, with dates, levels, tags, and notes included.
Andy includes export in the app so you can keep control of copies you share with a clinician or store in a folder you manage.
What export includes
Exports list dates, mood levels, feeling tags, and saved notes in a straightforward format. Run export on demand before appointments or device changes.
Charts inside Andy still help for quick weekly review. Export complements them when someone needs a portable file or a longer archive on a desktop.
Storing exported files
Store exported files where you already keep health records secure. Andy does not manage cloud backup of downloaded exports after you save them.
Therapy appointments
Therapists sometimes ask for a month of mood data before adjusting medication or homework. A file export answers that request without asking you to retype entries into email.
Re-export after catch-up weeks if you are building a folder for an upcoming session. Each download reflects entries saved up to that moment.
Charts vs files
Screenshots of weekly charts can be enough for some sessions. Export matters when your clinician wants sortable dates or a file they can annotate offline.
You can export more than once. See the data export feature page for current app behavior.
Keep exports off shared family devices if notes include names or places you would not want others to open accidentally.
Pair export with the FAQ answers on privacy if you are unsure what happens during a download.
Open the data export feature page for more detail on behavior and limits in the current iOS build.
