The 14-Day Plan
Andy asks what is driving your anxiety, then lays out fourteen short days built around your answers: one thing to read, one thing to try, one question to answer. Day 14 asks the day 1 questions again, so you can see whether the number moved.
You start by answering a few questions: when the anxiety hits, what is behind it, how it shows up for you. From those answers Andy picks one of six plans and writes the first page for you.
1)Six plans, one per kind of anxiety
Work, sleep, social, money, health and everyday anxiety. Each is fourteen days long. Day 1 is a short read written for that plan. Days 2 to 6 walk through one guide on the subject. Day 7 is a breathing exercise. Days 8 to 12 are a second guide, day 13 is the breathing exercise from your first day again, and day 14 closes the plan and asks the GAD-7 a second time.
You can switch plans partway through if the first pick was wrong. Nothing you logged is lost.
2)What a day looks like
A day opens as a short read that arrives a line at a time, then one small thing to try before tomorrow, then a question about how it went. Most days take about two minutes. The app does not count a missed day against you. The next day is there when you open it.
The plan adapts. If what you log or answer suggests a different next day would help more, Andy swaps it in and tells you why in one line, quoting your own words back.
3)The score on day 1 and day 14
The plan starts with the GAD-7, a seven-question anxiety screen, and ends with the same seven questions. Day 7 tells you how far in you are and how many things you have tried. Day 14 shows the two scores side by side. It is a self-check, not a diagnosis.
What is free
Days 1 and 2 of every plan are free. A Pro subscription opens day 3 onward. The two Start here guides in the library are free in full, and so is day 1 of every other guide.
